This chlorophyll sensor is designed for continuous, real-time monitoring of algae concentration in water using optical fluorescence measurement technology. It provides accurate detection of chlorophyll levels, making it a key parameter for assessing water quality, eutrophication, and biological activity.
With a measurement range of 0–400 µg/L and high-resolution output, the sensor enables early detection of algae growth and potential water quality issues. Integrated temperature measurement further enhances data accuracy and allows compensation for environmental variations.
The probe is designed for submersible operation up to 20 metres, making it suitable for lakes, rivers, reservoirs, wastewater systems, and aquaculture environments. Its durable POM construction ensures long-term stability and resistance to fouling in harsh conditions.
Equipped with RS485 (Modbus-RTU) communication, the sensor integrates seamlessly into PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and cloud-based monitoring platforms for remote data logging, alarms, and analytics.
