Micro Air Differential Pressure Switch – Adjustable
A compact adjustable micro air differential pressure switch designed for HVAC airflow detection and low-pressure monitoring. With a 20–200Pa adjustment range and analog setpoint dial, this switch provides reliable fan proving, filter monitoring, and duct pressure control.
This micro differential pressure switch is designed to monitor small pressure differences in air and non-aggressive gas systems. Commonly used in HVAC and ventilation systems, it detects airflow presence, blocked filters, fan failure, and pressure imbalance in ductwork.
The adjustable setpoint (20–200Pa) allows precise calibration for specific airflow thresholds. When the measured pressure differential reaches the configured level, the internal mechanical switch activates, providing a simple on/off control signal.
The compact housing supports installation in control panels, air handling units (AHUs), and duct-mounted applications. Its analog dial (under 1.9 inches diameter) enables straightforward setpoint adjustment without complex configuration tools.
