ACREL Three Phase Electrical Panel Power Meter
ACREL Three Phase Electrical Panel Power Meter is a three-phase multifunction power meter for monitoring voltage, current, frequency, active and reactive power, electrical energy and selected power quality parameters. Designed for panel mounting, it supports three-phase three-wire and four-wire systems and provides RS485 and Ethernet communication for integration with monitoring and energy management systems.
- APM520 (Base Model): Standard base unit typically configured for standard current inputs like A/5A or direct/standard CT connections, without a bundled specific low-current split CT option.
- APM520-D10: Configured with a current specification of 5A / 1.25mA.
- APM520-D16: Configured with a current specification of 100A / 20mA.
- APM520-D24: Configured with a current specification of 400A / 100mA.

The ACREL Three Phase Electrical Panel Power Meter is designed for detailed monitoring of electrical systems where voltage, current, power, energy and frequency measurements are required from a single panel instrument.
The meter supports both three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire electrical networks. Depending on the selected configuration, it can provide measurements including voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, active electrical energy and harmonic measurements.
The ACREL Three Phase Electrical Panel Power Meter uses a dot matrix liquid crystal display with a 128 x 128 resolution and white LED backlight. The display can switch between Chinese and English, providing a clear interface for viewing measured parameters and meter status.
For system integration, the meter provides RS485 communication with Modbus-RTU and DLT645 protocols, together with an RJ45 Ethernet interface supporting Modbus-TCP. This allows measured data to be communicated to compatible monitoring, control and energy management systems.
How it works
- The APM520 receives voltage and current inputs from the monitored three-phase electrical system.
- It processes the measured electrical signals to calculate parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power and energy.
- Measurements are presented locally on the front display.
- Communication interfaces can transmit measurement data to compatible monitoring or energy management equipment.
- Selected versions can provide waveform recording, switching input, relay output, energy pulse output and other functions.
