ACREL Multi-Circuit Three Phase Power Metering Module
ACREL Multi-Circuit Three Phase Power Metering Module is a modular multi-circuit metering system for three-phase active energy measurement in low-voltage networks. It combines voltage, current, switching, temperature and residual current monitoring modules, allowing the system to be configured for different power monitoring requirements. Multi-circuit splicing and communication options including Modbus-RTU, 4G and WiFi support integration into broader energy monitoring systems.
ADW600-MU - Main Module
ADW600-I/K - Current Module
ADW600-TL - 12-channel temperature measurement and 4-channel leakage current measurement
The ACREL Multi-Circuit Three Phase Power Metering Module is designed for detailed monitoring of three-phase active energy in low-voltage electrical networks. Rather than relying on a single fixed-function meter, the ADW600 uses separate functional modules that can be combined to suit the requirements of the installation.
Available modules include the ADW600-MU voltage module, ADW600-I current module, ADW600-K switching module and ADW600-TL temperature and leakage current module. The modules communicate through network cables and can be connected together for multi-circuit monitoring.
How it works
- Voltage measurement: The ADW600-MU measures and samples three-phase voltage, with the source specifying rated voltage options including 3×57.7/100 V and 3×220/380 V.
- Current and energy measurement: The ADW600-I measures forward and reverse active energy and four-quadrant reactive energy. It also monitors voltage, current, power factor and frequency, with harmonic analysis from the 2nd to 31st harmonics.
- Switching and control: The ADW600-K provides four passive inputs and two passive outputs for monitoring external switching states and controlling external equipment according to configured conditions.
- Temperature and residual current monitoring: The ADW600-TL supports 12-channel temperature measurement and four-channel residual current measurement for monitoring electrical equipment and circuits.
- Data communication: The system supports communication methods including Modbus-RTU, 4G and WiFi, depending on the selected configuration.
