ACREL BM100 VR Analogue Potentiometer Signal Isolator
ACREL BM100 VR Analogue Potentiometer Signal Isolator converts potentiometer signals into standard analogue current or voltage outputs for industrial monitoring and control systems. Available in single-channel and multi-channel configurations, the series supports potentiometer inputs from 0 to 5 kΩ or 0 to 10 kΩ, with model options for current or voltage outputs and DC 20 to 35 V auxiliary power.
The ACREL BM100 VR Analogue Potentiometer Signal Isolator series is designed for applications where a potentiometer signal needs to be converted into a standard analogue signal for connection to monitoring, automation or control equipment.
The series accepts potentiometer inputs in the range of 0 to 5 kΩ or 0 to 10 kΩ. Current-output models provide DC 0 to 20 mA or DC 4 to 20 mA outputs, while voltage-output models provide DC 0 to 5 V, DC 1 to 5 V or DC 0 to 10 V outputs, depending on the model.
The BM100-VR range includes B11 models with one input and one output, C12 models with one input and two outputs, and C22 models with two inputs and two outputs. All six specified models use DC 20 to 35 V auxiliary power.
How It Works
- Accepts a potentiometer input signal within the supported 0 to 5 kΩ or 0 to 10 kΩ range.
- Converts the input into a standard analogue current or voltage output according to the selected model.
- Provides different channel configurations for single-channel or multi-channel signal transmission.
- Uses DC 20 to 35 V auxiliary power according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Why Choose This Product
- Provides a practical interface between potentiometer signals and standard analogue control equipment.
- Available in current-output and voltage-output versions.
- Offers one-input one-output, one-input two-output and two-input two-output configurations.
- Allows the model to be selected according to the required input, output and channel arrangement.
Benefits
- Supports common potentiometer ranges of 0 to 5 kΩ and 0 to 10 kΩ.
- Provides multiple standard analogue output options.
- Multi-channel versions can support two output signals from one input or two input channels, depending on the model.
