ACREL BM100 PT100 Temperature Signal Isolator
ACREL BM100 PT100 Temperature Signal Isolator convert PT100 temperature inputs into standard analogue current or voltage outputs. Available in single and dual channel configurations, the series provides isolated signal transmission for industrial monitoring, automation and control systems.
The ACREL BM100 PT100 Temperature Signal Isolator is designed for applications that require PT100 temperature signals to be isolated and converted into standard analogue signals. The device can interface with monitoring and control equipment that accepts current or voltage inputs.
The range includes models with different channel arrangements. B11 models provide one input and one output, C12 models provide one input and two outputs, while C22 models provide two inputs and two outputs.
How it works
- The BM100-TR receives a temperature signal from a PT100 thermal resistance sensor.
- The measured signal is processed and isolated within the signal isolator.
- The device provides a standard analogue output suitable for connection to compatible monitoring or control equipment.
- Depending on the model, the output is provided as a current or voltage signal.
Why choose this product
- Provides a practical interface between PT100 temperature sensors and analogue control systems.
- Available with different input and output channel configurations.
- Supports commonly used current and voltage analogue signal formats.
- Designed for DIN rail installation in industrial control panels.
Benefits
- Simplifies integration of PT100 temperature measurements into control systems.
- Allows one temperature input to provide two analogue outputs on C12 models.
- Supports two PT100 inputs with two outputs on C22 models.
- Provides signal isolation for applications requiring separated input, output and power circuits.
- Suitable for connection to compatible PLCs, meters and other analogue monitoring equipment.
