ACREL Battery Management and Monitoring System
ACREL Battery Management and Monitoring System provides continuous monitoring of battery voltage, internal resistance, temperature and charge/discharge current. Its modular architecture supports monitoring of individual 2 V, 6 V or 12 V batteries, with an ABAT100-HS collector capable of managing up to 120 batteries in one group. The system provides alarm functions and supports MODBUS communication for integration with monitoring systems.
The ACREL Battery Management and Monitoring System provides continuous monitoring of battery operating conditions to help operators identify abnormal or deteriorating batteries. Individual ABAT100-S modules monitor battery voltage, internal resistance and negative terminal temperature, while the ABAT100-C module monitors battery group charge/discharge current and ambient temperature.
The ABAT100-HS collector manages data from the individual monitoring modules and can monitor up to 120 batteries in one group. It processes monitoring data, generates alarms and supports MODBUS/RTU communication through RS485 for connection to compatible monitoring systems.
How it works
