ACREL BAII Series AC Current Transducer with Analogue Output measure alternating current and convert the measured signal into a standard analogue output for monitoring and automation systems. The range includes BA20 models for AC current up to 200 A, BA50 models for AC current up to 600 A, and BA50L models for low-current measurement from 0.1 A to 1 A. Models are available with current or voltage outputs and 12 V or 24 V DC auxiliary power.

         

        The ACREL BAII Series AC Current Transducer with Analogue Output use electromagnetic induction to measure AC current and convert the measured value into a standard DC analogue signal. The series uses 12 V or 24 V DC auxiliary power and is designed for integration with monitoring and industrial automation equipment.

        The range covers three main measurement configurations. BA20 models support AC current ranges from 0.5 A to 200 A, BA50 models cover ranges from 60 A to 600 A, and BA50L models cover 0.1 A to 1 A for low-current and leakage current measurement.

        How it works

        • The transducer detects AC current through electromagnetic induction.
        • Internal signal processing converts the measured current into a standard analogue output.
        • The I versions provide current outputs, while the V versions provide voltage outputs.
        • The output can be connected to compatible monitoring, control or automation equipment.
