This industrial IoT gateway is designed to bridge field devices with modern cloud and networked systems, enabling reliable data acquisition and remote monitoring across industrial, energy, and infrastructure applications.
The unit connects to downstream devices such as energy meters, PLCs, RTUs, and sensors via RS485 using the Modbus RTU protocol. It then converts and transmits this data upstream using standard protocols including MQTT and Modbus TCP, allowing integration into SCADA systems, building management systems (BMS), and cloud platforms such as ProSight.
With support for WiFi and Ethernet communication, the gateway provides flexible deployment options for both fixed and network-connected installations. It is particularly well suited for facilities with existing network infrastructure or where stable wired communication is preferred.
The device supports connection to multiple field devices (typically 20–25 nodes) and features a robust industrial design with stable performance, watchdog protection, and reliable long-term operation.
