ACREL AKH-0.66 L Series Clamp-On Current Transformer

ACREL AKH-0.66 L Series Clamp-On Current Transformer available in five models (L30KN to L100KN) covering primary current ratios from 0-25A up to 300-600A. Designed to be fitted onto an existing conductor without removing the busbar or shutting down the circuit.

How it works

• The core splits open and clamps around an existing cable or busbar, rather than requiring the conductor to be threaded through a closed loop
• Installation does not require the primary conductor to be disconnected or the circuit to be shut down
• As primary current passes through the clamped core, it induces a proportional secondary signal, which is read by a connected meter or monitoring device
• Five bore diameters (30 mm, 45 mm, 65 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm) are available, so the transformer can be matched to the size of the existing cable or busbar
