This bidirectional single-phase energy meter is purpose-built for accurate monitoring of electrical parameters in grid-connected and solar PV applications. It enables precise tracking of both imported and exported energy, making it ideal for energy management, solar self-consumption optimisation, and anti-export (zero export) control systems.
The unit measures a full range of electrical parameters including voltage, current, active power (kW), reactive power (kVAR), apparent power (kVA), power factor, frequency, and accumulated energy (kWh). Its LCD display provides clear, real-time system visibility, while the integrated RS485 interface supports Modbus-RTU communication for seamless integration into SCADA, BMS, PLC, and IoT platforms such as ProSight.
Supplied with a split core current transformer, installation is fast and non-intrusive, allowing deployment without disconnecting existing wiring. Designed for DIN rail mounting, this meter is well suited to switchboards, distribution panels, and solar inverter integration.
