ACREL 1000V 600A DC Energy Meter with RS485 Communication
ACREL 1000V 600A DC Energy Meter with RS485 Communication is a MID-certified DC energy meter for high-current DC applications, offering direct measurement up to 600 A and DC voltage measurement from 0 to 1000 V. It measures forward and reverse active energy, power and line loss, with RS485 communication and support for Modbus-RTU, DL/T 645-2007 and DL/T 698 protocols.
The ACREL 1000V 600A DC Energy Meter with RS485 Communication provides direct measurement of electrical energy in high-current DC circuits without requiring an external current shunt. The manufacturer specifies a current input of 4-90(600) A and a voltage input range of 0-1000 V DC.
The meter measures DC voltage, current and power, together with forward and reverse active energy. It also provides forward and reverse line-loss measurements and lossless energy measurement functions.
Communication is provided through RS485, with support for Modbus-RTU, DL/T 645-2007 and DL/T 698. An optional DJSF1352-L display module provides an extended display option, while the meter itself uses a segment LCD.
How it works
- The meter directly measures DC voltage and current within its specified measurement range.
- It calculates and records DC power and active energy.
- Forward and reverse energy can be measured separately.
- Energy pulse output is available with a configurable energy pulse constant.
- RS485 communication allows measured data to be integrated with compatible monitoring or energy management systems.
