This high-temperature portable dry block calibrator is engineered for precision calibration of thermocouples and high-range temperature sensors used in industrial processes. Operating across a temperature range of 150°C to 1000°C, the unit provides stable and repeatable thermal performance for laboratory and field applications.
Utilising electro-thermal heating combined with semiconductor refrigeration control logic, the system maintains tight temperature stability of ±0.04°C or ±0.1°C (model dependent). The dry well design allows direct insertion of probes into a precision-machined metal block, ensuring accurate thermal transfer and consistent results.
With a well depth of 150mm or 200mm and a 40mm wellhead diameter, the calibrator supports a wide range of industrial probe sizes and configurations.
