1" Explosion-Protected Brass Solenoid Valve – DN25 (Normally Closed)
1" (DN25) normally closed explosion-protected brass solenoid valve designed for high-temperature gas applications. Featuring a diaphragm-operated structure, this valve provides reliable electrically actuated shut-off control in industrial and hazardous environments (certification dependent).
This DN25 (1") brass solenoid valve is engineered for gas systems requiring fail-safe shut-off control. In its default state (de-energised), the valve remains closed and opens when power is applied, making it suitable for emergency isolation and automated gas control installations.
The diaphragm-type internal structure supports dependable sealing performance under appropriate pressure and temperature conditions. The brass body provides mechanical strength and durability in plant environments, burner systems, and industrial process lines.
Designed for high-temperature gas media (within rated limits), the valve is suitable for combustion control systems, furnace lines, heating installations, and process gas isolation.
The explosion-protected configuration is intended for hazardous area installations where flammable gases may be present, subject to verified certification for the applicable zone classification.
Typical Applications:
-
Industrial burner and combustion systems
-
Gas safety shut-off systems
-
Heating and furnace installations
-
Process gas control lines
-
Hazardous area gas control (certification required)
